Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to zone4d is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users under applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zone4d, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously been permanently self-excluded from zone4d or been subject to a permanent account closure for violations of this Agreement.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zone4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use zone4d's real-money features, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to keep all Account information updated and promptly notify zone4d of any changes.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on zone4d. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. zone4d will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently forfeit any balances associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact zone4d support immediately.
• zone4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC.

Identity Verification (KYC)

zone4d implements a rigorous Know Your Customer process to verify the identity and age of all Users before permitting withdrawals or elevated deposit limits. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 90 days, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the bank account book (buku tabungan) or a screenshot of the registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) showing your full name and account number.
• Source of Funds Declaration: May be requested for high-value accounts or transactions as part of enhanced due diligence.

Documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed, unedited form. Tampered or falsified documents will result in immediate and permanent Account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

zone4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded (less any applicable bank processing fees) without crediting the Account Balance.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum Withdrawal per Transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (standard accounts); higher limits apply to verified VIP accounts subject to account tier.

zone4d reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Adjusted limits will be communicated to affected Users with reasonable advance notice.

5.3 Deposit Pro cessing

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt. zone4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes for standard bank transfers and e-wallets during operational hours. Requests submitted outside of 07:00–23:00 WIB may be queued for processing at the start of the next operational window. zone4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Users are advised that their receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent incoming transfer fees.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• zone4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk parameters, which may extend processing times by up to 72 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by zone4d are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (unless specifically excluded)
• Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting (single wagers): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50
• Sports betting (mix parlay accumulator): 100% contribution
• Crash / instant games (Aviator, JetX): 50% contribution

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are calculated from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Account, not from the date of deposit.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses

zone4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of offer structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. zone4d reserves the right to decline any wager at its absolute discretion, including where a wager is suspected to be placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.

7.2 Odds and Results

All odds are displayed as decimal odds unless a user preference for another format is selected. Final results for sporting events are determined by reference to the official governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., FIFA for football, PBSI for badminton). For BRI Liga 1 matches, the official PT Liga Indonesia Baru result is used. In the event of a data provider error, zone4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. zone4d may adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at any time, particularly where pattern analysis suggests professional or value-exploiting betting activity.

7.4 Void Bets

Wagers may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has elapsed (per the rules of the relevant sport).
• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault or incorrect data feed.
• A player, team, or participant listed on the wager was incorrectly described and the error materially affected the odds.
• zone4d determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the integrity of the event or market has been compromised.

7.5 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of an event (goals, red cards, injuries). Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected, not queued. Network latency is the responsibility of the User; zone4d is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zone4d. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a prior account closure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation — whether directly or in coordination with others.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any head-to-head gaming format.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without their full written consent and without our prior written approval.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome in a manner that abuses zone4d's pricing structure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zone4d platform — including but not limited to the zone4d brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of zone4d or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement or your use of the Platform grants you any ownership right or licence to use any intellectual property belonging to zone4d beyond what is strictly necessary to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any zone4d content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of zone4d intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

zone4d aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible. zone4d is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, including missed in-play wagers.

10.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zone4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses

In no event shall zone4d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if zone4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds wagered. zone4d is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to manage your betting activity within your personal financial means.

Privacy & Data

Your use of zone4d is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
• zone4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
• All data is processed under SSL encryption and stored on servers with access controls consistent with industry best practices.

Amendments to This Agreement

zone4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. Pending withdrawals at the time of Account closure will be processed in the ordinary course.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zone4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents zone4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Indonesian Users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and accept that they access the Platform under their own initiative and at their own legal risk. zone4d does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions, and makes no warranties to that effect.
